Croledance
"Corporate pole dance" A gesture or speech an executive makes to save face during bad times. For instance , at some point just before the CEO closes an event he showers accolades on his peers (many true but just as many of the compliments are untrue).
“It looks like our CEO saved his severance package because he did an excellent croledance before he announced he would be leaving”.
