i.e. Fans of Benedict Cumberbatch, particually those obsessed with his beautiful eyes and sexy voice

Fans of the glorious actor, Benedict Cumberbatch, originally under the name "Cumberbitches". The title of the fangirls was changed under the suggestion of Benedict himself, and so it became Cumberbabe.

The preferred term as opposed to "Cumberbitches" for fangirls of British actor Benedict Cumberbatch; as stated by him: “It’s flattering, though I worry about what it the term Cumberbitches says for feminism, it’s quite a pejorative term? Cumberbabes might be better.”
