Deadly semen backup, or as doctors call it DSB, is a condition brought on by extended male abstinence , frequently combined with the absence of masturbation , resulting in massive loads of semen accumulating in the lower pelvis area, and travelling up to the brain and central nervous system. The accumulated semen interferes with the operation of the brain and can result in death.
