Deal, Kent
Deal, Kent, is a small seaside town in Kent, England.
Previously, before about 2018, the town was fairly unknown with the only places people visited were the town's football and rugby grounds and the pier. The town used to be cheap and made for the working and middle class locals until a rise in upper class Londoner's, knows to the locals as DFL's, bought holiday homes in the area. This dramatically increased the property value in the town making locals unable to buy themselves homes. Due to the gentrification, Deal's high street is now just up market restaurants, gift shops and cafes. Apart from the supermarkets, the only places that survived the horrible gentrification were Poundland, Lynda's and the factory shop.

Person 1: Yo, we should go to deal
Person 2: Are you crazy? It is a Saturday, the place will be teeming with DFLs.
