- A delayed re-action condition caused by lack of sleep, busy doing shit, distracted, pissing round, fucking round, dicking round, hand on it or up it, playing God, brainless, vacant, forgetful, task less, clueless, doesn't give a monkey's or is just plain lost. Resulting in a person or persons who takes far longer periods of time than is normally expected to answer, reply, respond, pick up, drop off, arrive, leave, not even bother, or never.
