A slight redness of the forehead, commonly mistaken as eczema.
Causes:-A bite from a horsefly, allergy to detergent and soaps, high blood pressure, stress, some hereditary disorders e.g. coronary heart disease, Food allergies eg. salt, pepper, rosemary, bbq sauce, salsa, wheat-flour, coca-cola.
Insufficient carbohydrate intake.
Treatment-You have one of two options- 1. place your head over a bowl of hot steamy water, with a towel over your head to cleanse the pores. 2. dab some warm water with a few drops of lemon over the affected area.
