Akiran refers to the saviour of King Mithuran in religious stories, he is a very kind person but is also very clumsy and acts without making good judgements. Akiran descends from the Kumar bloodline making him a very powerful man, despite his power he does not use it against others due to his kindness and sense of morals. The only person who uses his power on his friend Ashvin, he usually teases him and spends his money on worthless things.
