Dexicon is what you say when you meant to say Lexicon, but accidentally said Dexicon, but you are now committed and won't correct yourself and you hope that nobody notices.

A combination of lexicon and dexterity. A collection of internet expressions used frequently enough to trigger muscle memory.
I added LOL and XD to my dexicon a few years back and now I notice I type them WAAAAAAY too much.
