1. A term that describes any dangerous and illegal maneuver in a motor vehicle, typical of the normal, yet aggressive, driving practices of New Jersey drivers. Most often, a dirty jerz involves any combination of tailgating, speeding, illegal lane changes, aggressive driving, passing on the shoulder, cutting off other drivers, and/or crashing a car, truck, or motorcycle.

2. A really aggressive and dangerously bad driver.

North Jersey ie Newark, Paterson, Elizabeth, Jersey City, Bayonne, Hackensack and surrounding areas. - and NOT hillbilly south Jersey!! Nothing can be Dirty Jerz unless there’s brick projects there period.

Refers to South Jersey and how much better it is than North Jersey. Also where the cooler people live in Jersey.
