From the word DOC, from Snow White. This is used to describe someone who is very inteligent and is the leader of a group because of it. Granted, this group usually isn't the CIA, more like the Association of Children with Football Helmets (trying to be as politically correct as possible).

Dokki means death and horrror emotions that you can express but yet still feel hurt but at then it will gove up and have a deadline.

okky dokky is the elite version of ok and can be used in all circumstances ok can be used in but however the user that types this must be aware that you need to be epic to send the message

Okky dokky is another word for ok but it's a sort of joke way of saying it
