Don't shiv
From Frank Miller's Batman Dark Night , when the mutants refer to the Leader and Batman "My Mon Bats don't shiv" meaning doesn't show fear, as in, doesn't shiver with fear.
The other guy just pulled a boom stick on his face, but my man don't shiv!
