Perry is the beloved pet of Phineas, Ferb and Candice. He does not speak. Instead he makes a little platypus noise. Dr. Doofenshmirtz's plans are never great ones and he always gives Perry the Chance to ruin his plans, also, his "evil" plans are somewhat ridiculous. For example. He hates gnomes, so he amde a machine to destroy all the gnomes in the tri-state area.
