DOOMiverse
A DOOMiverse is a particular setting in a Doom game (see entry on Doom game). Multiple DOOMiversii have been made for the sake of canon, which Doom game creator mister Big T said (citation needed) was among his top 3 most important aspects of game creation.
Doom 4 took place in the same DOOMiverse as Doom 2.
