The ultimite insult. If delivered properly it can end any sort of argument. Usuealy delivered when someone comes to your house and breaks your shit, or an obnoxious prick. There are different levels of being a Douche-douche. Each individual Douche-douche has his own title: Douche-douche Commander, Douche-douche Killer, The Douche-douche, etc.

Someone who is not even good enough to be able to clean a hairy, smelly, infected vagina. Somebody who is maybe only fit to clean the douche. But only maybe.

Utterly uninteresting repetitive music with a strong base-line listened to by people who have an over-inflated sense of themselves. Often listened to by young men in cars.
