Douchiot: A guy who is an unabashed douchebag, and so unbelievably stupid. his sheer douchiness is apparent to everyone but him. the highest level of narcissism.
Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino, Justin Bieber, Kanye West, Nick Diaz are all douchiot's.
