A person so inebriated that they no longer resemble a human being. Characteristics often include accidental furniture smashing, inaudible/nonsensical attempts at communication and/or an inability to consume food or drink without spilling it.
As is the case with werewolves, on returning to human form it is not uncommon for a dracosaur to have no recollection of the events and actions which took place during the metamorphic phase.
