Anyone who thrives off and creates drama to fill the void in their life. Someone addicted to creating drama due to their lack of a life. Instead of focusing on something meaningful and doing something with their life they would rather make up elaborate plots and plans, try to make others lives miserable and lie their asses off to people to gain attention. Loves gossip and rumors. Doubly sad if this is man in question.

This can be characterized by choosing or encouraging others to use solutions that blatantly will cause more problems with the possibility of having more gravity then the original problem. Also injecting oneself or others into a situation where he/she can only cause more problems is a sign a person is one.
