Dr Octogonapus, is the dude in "The lazer collection" that comes out of no where and shoop da whoops everyone. his first appearance was in The lazer collection 1. hes continued to make appearences in The lazer collection 2

Cartoon character from the lazer collection series. Occasionally pops up out of nowhere and shoots pure energy towards someone, violently ending their life.

Dr Octogonapus has 8 arms, a crazy deep voice, and the power to shoot rays of energy from his face hole.
