Dead Right There, There and There. Used by EMTs as a modification of the acronym DRT. Suitable for trauma extensive enough that you need to walk around the scene and collect the patient. Most routinely used at scenes of particularly nasty motor vehicle accidents in which patient is ejected from vehicle.
It is customary to indicate the direction of the T's during use by pointing.
