the original appearance was a photo,a fan made (Sam) for the interactive Tobuscus video, "TRAPPED in a STUDIO! (feat. Interactive Whiteness)"

the photo shows Toby Turner's face photo-chopped on to the 10th Doctor's body (David Tennant). His back turned to Rose, (Billie Piper). on some Ice planet near the T.A.R.D.I.S (Time and relative dimension in space) with the Doctor Who logo in the background.
