Dusty Feet

A woman with nothing going for her; a woman who is broke; a woman who wants to mooch off of someone who has more than her; a woman that doesn't take care of herself, physically or financially

SOmeone who you dont like. i call them a dusty feet because of there dirty mentality and personality. and/or if they have dirty feet or shoes that they wear eveyday to school!
