Multi use sentence finisher that can be tacked onto any sentence that may be regarded as euphemistic or, more so, a double entendre.

A good phrase for rubbing salt in to the wound. To add insult to injury.

It is a word of disbelief, exasperation, flippancy and damn right speechlessness. Always said in a condescending way with an exclamation mark.
