Shattered/knackered and can’t be bothered.
The final stage when you are just completely done!

Children new to going poop on the toilet usually say this. Its usually followed up by "come and wipe me" until their taught how to wipe themselves.

That gesture people do, sometimes ironically, where you wipe or smack your hands together to signify that a job’s done... in that kind of "I'm a carpenter knocking the dust off my hands" kind of way.
