Eli is a great firend but lives very close to the ground. He is usually a midget with down-syndrome. Eli deserves to be loved. Also a typical Eli has a small dick normally around 2 inches.The final and most relevant trait of an Eli is to tend to be very greedy with black hair just like a jew.
