A term describing a person (particularly a woman) with no personality or character; can be used to describe an office worker who is nothing but a company drone punching the clock, etc.
Guy 1: "Hey man, what do you think of that new receptionist?"
Guy 2: "She's hot for sure, but definitely an empty uniform."
