Eye Bumming
When a man's eyes linger too long on a ladies bottom, he is said to be 'eye bumming' her.
A lady walks past a man in the street, the man turns to check the ladies bottom out as she passes. The man is then 'eye bumming' the lady, or violating her with his beady eyes, and can legitimately be referred to as a 'eye bummer' from then on. The unfortunate lady has been 'eye bummed'

When a persons eyes are all bloodshot and red as if they have been crying from severe pain from being freshly analed for the first time.
