Facilipartator
Someone who has been both a facilitator and a participant in a program, workshop, class, learning experience, or event. A facilipartator has had both roles which enhances their experience.
Beth enjoyed being part of the program even more than most since she got to experience it from all sides because she was a facilipartator.
