An awesome person who's birthday is in February. Usually a Februarian will be the life of the party, or the most exciting person you will ever meet.
Girl 1: "look at that person over there!"
Girl 2: "Oh wow! They must be a Februarian!
John: "Holy crap! look at them..they sure are a hit at this party"
Joe: "Yeah, its not surprising though, i mean they are a Februarian.
