A manager who annoys their staff by constantly giving feedback all the time, even in circumstances where the work done to perfection in everyway. They do this assert they are smarter/wiser than you and are contributing to your development when they have no other way of adding value to the role they are in! In such circumstances you see a very high turnover rate of the staff who report to them and instead of helping the organization they destroy staff morale, significantly decrease staff performance and end up messing up the organization!
