Felix'd
A baseball term for when a pitcher pitches an absolute gem of a game but gets zero run support from his offense, which leads to him undeservedly getting a no-decision or loss. Named after Seattle Mariners pitcher Felix Hernandez, who had the fewest wins out of any Cy Young award winning pitcher in a non-shortened season until Jacob deGrom in 2018.
"Hey, did you see deGrom's start today?"
"No, how'd he do?"
"He struck out 14 against the Marlins. Gave up only one run as well."
"That's my ace! How did the Mets offense do?"
"Uh... well..."
"He got Felix'd, didn't he?"
"Yes."
"God damn it."
