A combination of methadone, nicotine and methamphetamine often used to support an extended period (long weekends) of torrid auto-erotica and self-inflicted abuse. This is a practice with origins in Tai Pei among the expat technology community and has recently surfaced on the west coast, namely silicon valley and the Portland, OR communities.
