Flame spray
When a boss begins to yell at or criticize their employees in a harsh way, without either knowing the full story or being completely unjustified.
Boss- "The next person to leave that door unlocked when they leave at night is fired. I've told you idiots plenty of times my issues with that. "
Employee- "Dont come in here and flame spray us, you were the last one to leave yesterday..."
