Derogatory term used in reference to a girl or woman who has small breasts, aka a "flat chest". Might also be used as "Flatsy Patsy".

When you used to be a person with a juicy booty or bum and when covid made all of the gyms shut down your butt deflated leaving you with a ‘covid flatsie’.
