Flumpkee; is a term used to describe a sexual move. To put a females legs over your shoulders while holding her up in the air as she pours a shot of alcohol down her breast, across her navel, and is taken orally off the lips of the vagina: This term was originated by University of Miami Men’s Cross Country team in 2007
