German Butter churner

when you put macaroni and cheese up a girls vagina. then once its all inside, you get a spoon. you then stick the spoon inside the vagina. then you churn the mac inside like you would a butter churner. then when you stop, she then proceeds to push the mac and cheese out of her vagina. then you eat the mac and cheese.
