This dance developed in Texas and other surrounding southern states by rural wangstahs trying to fit in with their African American counterparts whom they hate because the developers of this dance were ignorant, rascist hicks. The dance involves the insertion of a penis into one's oral cavity while performing dance moves similar to that of the Limbo and the Chicken Dance.
