Likebirds
A name used for a couple who are not quite ready to use the "L" word. Said couple can be cute enough and comitted enough to acquire a nickname, however LOVEbirds is too serious.
"You two are so cute! You little lovebirds!"
"Love? I don't know about that."
"Likebirds then."
