A low skilled construction laborer. Slang used in the Boston Masaachusetts area. To describe any laborer in the building trades.

A term used to express Joy or Happiness. It can be used as a term for “cheers” Or when you have completely nothing to say then you just blurt out “Lumpa!”
Pronounced: LOOm-PAH.

A phrase referring to sex especially when one or both of the participants have large quantities of body fat. This can be derogatory, but is typically meant to be and taken as a joke.

a girl/woman who wears too much fake tan

A fat, short tart with an orange face. Plumpa lumpas can often be spotted rolling across the dance floor of cheap nightclubs but are considered harmless if all eye contact is avoided.
