Là nosé dè jobé
A French term for a nose job; being the insertion of one's penis or a baguette into a receiving party's nostril.
"Last night I went down to the café for a latté and this chick gave me là nosé dè jobé. I stuck a croissant in her left nostril and shot a load in the right one."
