a 28 year old retarded man who shot 35 people dead and wounded 21 at the historic port arthur site in tasmania on 28 april 1996 with an assault rifle. 20 of which were killed in a restourant and 2 at a bed and breakfast beforehand because they bid higher than him when it was for sale. among killed was 1 mans entire family. he killed more than seung-hui cho but pales in comparison to woo bum-kon who killed 58 and injured 35

since australia has no death penalty he only got 35 life sentences without parole and 1019 years.
