4CCC/Cougar Court

A Toronto (Scarborough) homegrown local gang which consists of four low-income privately owned apartments located near Markham and Eglinton (MnE). 4CCC stands for "4 Corner Cougar Court" because the four buildings are each at the corners of the court. 4CCC is closely allied with 10 down. They also have small tensions with the nearby 081 gang but not serious enough to be called a beef.
