Mt. Helix
An unincorporated community saddled on the hill between La Mesa and El Cajon, in San Diego County, California. There is a stone outdoor theater on top of the hill that was built by Rooselvelt's CCC during the Great Depression as a make work project. Unfortunately, most of the residents on Mt. Helix are old enough to have voted for (or against) President Roosevelt, but the properties are large, the houses are generally very nice, and the crime rate is almost nonexistent.
I live on Mt. Helix, which means I am significantly younger and more lucid than my neighbors.
