A phrase/lingo created by the streets (namely the streets of Atlanta.) Artist Joe Millie (aka Lil Bran B4E today) popularized the phrase in 2015 with the hit single “Nall Fr” reaching 10k in 1 week as a independent artist & then following up with “Nall Fr Pt. 2” in 2017. YouTube It !!
