there is a distortion of the word John for every letter of the alphabet:

Neawn, a termed used to insult a young 16 John Kennedy.
The reason for this word's creation was derived from Cletus the slack Jawed Yockel from the simpsons. Since young John is quite unwealthy, he isn't john anymore but Johnny!!!!
