One who is sexually stimulated by the area between the jawline and clavicle of a grossly obese man or woman. If large enough, this region can be turned into a self-secreting orifice in absence of air conditioning and dieting. Can also be called chinstrapping, deep-fried turkey, or "The Phillip Seymour Hoffman".
