Nombelusion is a type of delusional disorder where the subject lies compulsively about a imaginary relationship with a boy/girl. Through this the subject tries to establish to his/her social group that he/she is a puluthi in relationships. The first case ever recorded was at Tamil Nadu, India in 2019.
