Balconist
A balconist(s) is someone, or group of people, who spend a lot of time out on a balcony. Typically smoking weed or grilling. Extra points if you bring your fuzzy blanket outside while you do it. Don’t forget your dog and favorite lighter! Balconists UNITE!
