Piel Tanker is a mix of the word Piel(south african afrikaans slang for dick) and Tank(word used for a tank class player/character in video games)

1) An irritating, obnoxious or over powered tank class/type player in any video game.

2) Someone who can take a lot of damage/Piel(Dick) from multiple people.

It's a cross between a ho and a tank class player.
