preye
Preye. When it was originally adopted into English, 'preye' is referred to a person so powerful that he or she doesn't have to follow the rules that govern everyone else. Beginning in the 15th century preye was adopted into English with the meaning of “a ruler who has a lot of power, especially one whose power is not limited”
the preye's would have gone off with their concubines and pet slaves and soldier guards . . .
