An adjective for someone/something that either smells like a rotten vagina, looks like shit, and/or tastes like a soft boiled fetal duck.
Guy 1: Dude, Henry is so siltchy. It's disgusting.
Girl 2: I know right. I'd never date someone as siltchy as him.
